CBD oil can be taken sublingually (a few drops placed under the tongue), mixed with a drink, or dropped onto food. Regardless of your chosen method, your dosage should still be the same. If you are new to CBD oils, start with a few drops, and increase your dosage if you don’t feel the full effects of the CBD. A full dropper is 20 drops, and equivalent to roughly 20mg, a good dose for most people. You should begin to feel the effects around 15 minutes after taking the CBD, and it will last anywhere between 4 to 6 hours.
